We've had different providers but been with State Farm agents for almost 10 years and other agents have been more than accommodating when it came to signing with them, but then you never hear from them again. Amber is not like other agents... She is responsive to questions, she did a thorough review of all of our policies to ensure we were not only getting the best coverage but also the best deal, and she even took the time to look at our homeowners policy and give advice on some of the improvements we were making to the home. When we had a storm with hail and strong winds, Amber was quick to provide advice on how to check for and document damage and just to make sure we were doing okay. I really needed to post my opinion, because, you guys need to know that for your Insurance and financial services this office has the most amazing staff that I ever met! I relocated to Vegas from Miami so I needed to change my car insurance, driver license and everything else to become officially a resident of the Silver State, I found their number online, contacted an agent called Jessica who in a few minutes gave me a reasonable quote, the following day I drove to their office where I met the friendliest staff ever! Then the manager came out calling me my by name! Everyone has always just said get "full coverage." Turns out full coverage can mean a lot of different things.
