We have been using this Allstate branch since the early 1990s (!). Miles Hunsaker took over recently after Lisa, the former insurer-in-chief, retired. So far so good. Miles responds quickly to questions and he helped us navigate changes in Allstate policy that affected coverage on our autos and properties. All in all, a fine agency to work with.

I talked with the sweetest lady by the name of Melody and she was able to get my policy updated to the Gold Package which is going to save me money and give me 4 x the coverage that I had before. My auto and home-owners’ insurance has been with Allstate, through Miles’ agency, for about six years. I can’t comment on how well Allstate processes claims because I’ve never had to file a claim. (I thank God for that.) But Miles has been patient and helpful in answering my questions and making any changes. I can call the office anytime during business hours, somebody always answers the phone. I could email Miles and he promptly replies. I do feel that the advice and suggestions he gives me are unbiased. I have no complaints about Miles' agency.

Working with M&M insurance is the way to go. My calls are always answered quickly and each agent works to resolve my issues efficiently. It takes me only one time to have my requests taken care of. I receive hands on customer service and feel secure if I need something changed with my policies or resident address. I would rather work them them then have to call a customer service number, wait on hold, be transferred and speak with a random agent who may or may not be able to assist me. Miles and company is the best!
