Myself having been with State Farm for over 20 years..I contacted Kim agency. Being a nervous Dad do to my Daughter being so far from home, Kim's office helped us out as if my Daughter was Her very own. Such a great group of Girls in Her agency. I was trying to tow my van to the mechanic. As we went around the corner we got the tow strap in the wheel. We were trying to get the tow strap unhooked when I remembered I had road side assistance through my insurance. I gave them a call and in about 25 min we were on our way again. I've been with State Farm 30 plus years in 3 states. Kim by far is the smartest agent and owner that I have ever dealt with in the insurance business. She is the hardest working person that i have met in the industry. The billing end of the firm back east accidentally billed me for someone else's bill and when I discovered it I called her. She cut through the big back office, found the error and had the money wired to my bank account that night. Wow!! What expertise and tenacity to get my money back! She never mentions it, but she has run 100 agents in the Midwest and back East and knows everyone of importance in the company. She chose Draper to come to and have a great life. Her knowledge about her business shows. I should know, I got my insurance license in 1975 and later went on to other things.par excelance is her personality and mind. Three words, "Simply the Best"!
