Came to this AAA because my local one in Attleboro had their DMV system down today. at first I was hesitant because it’s a further drive for me, but upon arriving I’m so glad I came! The staff was excellent and Alex who took care of me was such a sweet soul! Will definitely be back again if my local branch is unavailable for whatever reason!

You can't beat being a member. It's so easy in and out. Unlike the DMV. Just to renew my license took 2 hours . Here it's just so simple. Great staff, friendly they get you in and out. It's worth the money being a member. Just love it

I needed to go in to get a set of passport photos taken. I was attended to immediately, politely, and professionally, and was in and out of the building with what I needed in under ten minutes. I would highly recommend both AAA and this specific location for anything you need, and a huge thank you to Michael for all his help.

If your a member this is a great location to renew your vehicle paperwork in East Providence and avoid the states crazy complex. But if your a CDL driver your still stuck using the government location in Cranston.

My husband and I had to apply for our Real ID card. I forgot my marriage certificate so I just made another appointment. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the facility, and organization was impeccable. All assistants were pleasant and explained everything clearly. Even on a super busy day with short staff, they did very well! This was a GREAT transition from Cranston!

Easy access and plenty of parking close to the building. I especially liked the online appointment booking service; at the time I could have had a same day timeslot to renew my driver's license and turn it into a RealID. Because of the appointment there were no lines and I was taken care of immediately. Since all my required documents were in order and I had the renewal form filled out at home it took less than 15 minutes to walk out with my temporary license. Great job between AAA and the RI DMV!

Great experience. Got passport pics taken. Currently they still require appointments for dmv services but for all the other services you can just walk in and they'll take care of you.

Went in to AAA to renew my driver's license. I had an appointment. They took me immediately and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Employees were friendly and efficient. Glad I have a membership and that I didn't need to go to the DMV.

Right now there is a wait to get your license renewed , do to the new ID license requirements. Staff is friendly and patient even with some of the disgruntled people who feel they should be doing a better job . Well folks if you think you can do it better , then apply to do their job . You won't last long with the bureaucrat mess of dealing with these newly required ID 's To the employees who work there your doing great ...

Fantastic trip! I went there to renew my membership and while there I mentioned my license expired and DMV is not taking calls to even find out how to renew. Well the young lady tells me I can do the license there, idk, it's expired, online days I have 2g2 Cranston. She says she can do it for me! And on top of that she can add my husband on the AAA cuz it's new membership w no extra fee. I love it! I told her she made my day!!!

I don't hate AAA at all. I just wasn't able to get through when I called from my home landline to ask them a question. My experiences with their road service have been very good, four star quality experiences, so I am changing the one star for the phone conversation that never happened to a three star rating for now.

Great counter customer service. Very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the ability to turn in plates as well. Disappointed waiting for a travel rep. I ended up booking everything cheaply on my own. Perhaps an online series to get quotes vs waiting for people in the back sitting alone

Brand New Facility. As a AAA Member Re-Newed My RI License There. Quick Easy, Without Complications. Agents Were Not What One Would Call "Friendly", However, They Were Accommodating. A LOT Better Than Going to the DMV in Cranston.
