Michelle has been my insurance agent for maybe around twenty years, and I've loved every second of it. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She doesn't over-sell anything. SUPER knowledgeable and friendly. Is more than happy to accommodate our schedules, as it's hard for us to get there during usual business hours. Treats you with respect and makes sure you're heard and all your questions are answered. She's also a chartered financial consultant! She does everything, and she does it exceptionally well. Highly, highly recommend her!

Probably the most efficient insurance team in Maine! The staff is super friendly and equally as helpful. We are rather recent converts to this great agency and do not regret this change - we only regret that we had not changed earlier. As background, my husband and I have been married 49 years, owning vehicles throughout that time and being home owners for 48 years, all during which we maintained auto & HO policies with different insurance companies and more recently in two states. This summer we decided to place all our policies with State Farm to alleviate the multi-company headache. There is a lot to be said for having everything with one company -- we sought Michelle's expertise. Upon meeting with her, she had carefully prepared a portfolio and advice for the Maine auto, property, and life policy and had thoroughly evaluated FL State Farm agents in our area to recommend one who has the same top credentials as she, which shows the diligence and energy devoted to one's career. She provided more information and suggestions to us than we have ever received during our tenure as policyholders with these other companies, and the ease of her communication and understanding of her business totally gives us the utmost confidence that we made the right decision. She also is great about following up with you to make certain things are on par and progressing properly. Michelle really looks after her clients well! Since my wife and I moved to Maine several years ago, so many changes have happened in our lives from getting married to buying a new car, buying a home and starting a family. With all these developments come so many financial necessities that need navigating, and Michelle was right there with us. When we negotiated a great deal for a new car, she had a check ready for us the same day for our car loan, and our insurance was transferred from the old car without a hiccup. When we bought a house, she helped us work with State Farm's mortgage division and the check from them was seamlessly waiting for us on the closing day. Michelle met with us to discuss our Life Insurance options when we became parents, giving us the peace of mind that our son will always be taken care of, no matter what life throws our way. More recently, we were invited to her office to discuss our retirement plans, and thank goodness we did! Right in time for filing tax returns we were able to take full advantage of our retirement contributions. She has this great calculator that shows you exactly what you need for your retirement. It's definitely worth a visit to her office. Michelle's got a great way of dealing with people. I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the staff at State Farm Scarborough for approximately 10 years now and I say without hesitation that they are the absolutely best in customer service and value. I have insured my cars, my RV, my home and now renters insurance with them. I also transferred my 401K account to State Farm about 2 years ago. Michelle called me into her office to conduct a coverage review about every 2 years and each time I walked out of her office having saved significant money......who does that anymore? Whenever I need something such as a change in coverage they are there and always respond within 24 hours. I have had many insurance policies with other groups over the years and none even came close....either in price or service. We all deal with many companies in life and it seems like we are constantly waiting online to speak with someone in a call center at some distant location. When we finally speak with someone we may be transferred to yet another person or be treated rudely. I have been pleasantly surprised by the great people at State Farm Scarborough and I intend to keep doing business with them for as long as possible.

I have been working with Michelle Raber's State Farm Insurance office for more then 10 years. Most recently, while I was out of state, I decided to open certificates of deposit with State Farm Bank which involved an individual retirement account rollover from a credit union. I contacted Michelle to assist with these transactions. Although Michelle could have had her staff perform the work, she worked with me directly. Unfortunately, the institution that was transferring the funds did so incorrectly but Michelle picked up the ball and made things right to resolve my concerns. These days it is difficult to find a business that still believes the "customer is king" but Michelle has the skill, ability and knowledge to take on a challenge with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend her office.
