First I started the application online. Got some very favorable numbers based on what I was paying. Within 24 hours I received a call from Luk in their south Portland office. He was able to improve on the $$$ considerably and increase my coverage as well. Looking back at how long this all took to confirm and get me the coverage I needed. 24 minutes on the phone. Jiaban Wu reached out to me after I requested an online quote. Jaiban was excellent and immediately assisted my needs. Further, when I tried to cancel my policy with Progressive, I was given a huge run around and told that my rate with Progressive was so high because the accident I was in two years ago was classified by the officer as an "at fault" accident, even though I hit a deer and it was not my fault. Progressive insisted that any insurance company would have to quote me a high rate because of the "at fault" accident. I immediately reached out to Jaiban, and he told me that the accident in fact was NOT classified as an "at fault" accident, rather a "no fault" accident. Given the Progressive has been giving me the run around for two years, I am quite happy and satisfied with the service Jaiban Wu has provided me through GEICO.
