Since I had a policy with a particular insurance company, Diane let me know she unfortunately wouldn't be able to get a quote from that company since the company's policy requires out of state policies to be transferred through a captive insurance agent (instead of an independent one). She recommended reaching out to a captive agent, and it ended up being the best deal since I had accumulated deductible rewards. So, I was really impressed with her honesty, her follow up in general, and how detailed she was with the quotes she gave me. If I have a need for future policies, I would use Diane.

As a painting contractor, I have used Chamberlain Insurance for the past few years for my business insurance and bond needs. Mike Totaro was especially helpful in taking care of the business portion. He's always been thorough, quick to respond and I trust that he's working to get me the best rates possible. At the start of the new year, I received a call from Diane Sherwood at Chamberlain and she asked if I was interested in looking into home and auto coverage as well. At that time, I mentioned that we would be interested in comparisons when we searched for a new home in June 2019. She said she would follow up at that time AND SHE DID!! 6 months later!! I have to tell you that Diane Sherwood is absolutely fantastic. Not only does she follow through but she was so incredibly thorough in her explanation and research. Diane is wonderful at communicating through both phone and email exchanges. Diane took the legwork out of getting estimates through multiple insurance companies. She shopped around through the companies Chamberlain contracts with and came up with the same great level of coverage on our autos & new home while saving us over $350 for the next year. I appreciate Diane and and all she did to help us get set up in our new home. I am grateful she's local and I know I'll be able to connect with her should any questions arise. Diane Sherwood truly made all the difference in making the switch from our previous provider. I have been with Chamberlain Insurance for over 20 years. Always with both home and auto insurance and yes even Earthquake Insurance. When my husband died, the policy needed changing. There were no problems, only a smooth transaction. Through the year's others have tried to persuade me to change to a cheaper rate with several different company's. Some rates were cheaper, but it isn't always what's cheaper that counts. It is what you will be getting for your money. Each time, agents at Chamberlain Insurance have promptly answered questions, provided requested information, and have followed through with "next steps." It is delightful to dial their main phone number and actually speak with a person rather than a recording. I have also found responses to emails prompt and with clear direction or communication. Should I have a claim or concern, I feel that Chamberlain Insurance will be there to allay my anxieties.
