I recently bought a car and needed to insure it. So I got a quote from GEICO online and received a couple letters explaining it in detail I called them today and was very impressed. The assistant (Victoria) was very professional and courteous. Since the rep that had my quote was on another call, Victoria had her call me back. Not even 10 minutes passed and Mollie returned my call. It only took about 10 minutes to finish everything up and I am now insured through GEICO. I quoted myself online, later receiving an email from Christina that I may be eligible for other discounts and to give her a call. She was never pushy, she didn't email me a ton of times like the other insurance companies did (I actually received 10+ emails from another...). When I called she didn't waste my time and provided me with excellent information to get my policy started. I was with State Farm for 3 years paying about 130 a month for just auto then they raised my premium to 240 because of my gender marker change. I did not authorize them to change it to M yet to do the fact my license did not say M just yet. I called Geico and spoke with Anthony who was super friendly! He wasn't all about business he also gave me the feeling of trying to get to know me why getting my information for a quote. After everything was set and done my premium was 179 a month with 2 accidents on me. If i didn't have the 2 accidents it would have been 160. Best price on the market! I Highly recommend them and If you are near the east valley to go through this office !
