My name is Patty, we have been with Insurance Professionals for a long time. Our Agent is Kim Iverson. In the past when ever I need a question answered or new insurance cards I just call and Kim responds immediately. Recently we had changes to our insurance and the payment increased from approximately $330.00 a month to $550.00. I called Kim and she shopped around for us and found a company that our payment is $286.00 a month.. My son just got his drivers license so I had to do some shopping and what I liked about going through Insurance Professionals of AZ is the fact that they can search to find the best price with multiple carriers. I was looking for life insurance for my son Who has a disability , which is difficult to get. She told me that Kirsten could help with that type of service.. Kristen and I spoke with The underwriters, they asked me questions about his various illness and I was able to get a policy for my son that has Cerebral Palsy, I Thought I was going to have problems trying to get a policy, but she was very considerate Of my needs and what I was looking for and said, that she could help. She got the ball started and within a month or so my son had a policy and it was very ‘reasonable’ and she was quick and Professional and kept me inform on what was going on throughout that time.. Part 2 I spoke with Kristen again, and decide to see about getting a policy for myself and how much my premiums would be. I talked to the underwriters they ask questions, took bloodwork and after 2 months she called me back and I now have a policy . She was very courteous, understood my needs and explained the policies several times to me and was very patient with me if I had a question. This is why I went back the 2nd time. 5-Stars is not enough to express the incredible service I got this Friday evening from Jesse and Jen with IPA . I got a quote from a different broker earlier in the day that floored me. I was told that the only auto insurer that would cover us was Progressive at 3000.00 dollars a month. WHAT? I could not believe it! I called the company who was scheduled to install 2 new AC units in our home, told him we would have to install just 1 because of the cost of our auto insurance. He then referred me to his nephew with IPA, Jesse. He stated that his nephew saved him almost half of what he was paying for insurance for his business. Jesse contacts me at 5 pm, on a Friday!! I send him all required information by email. It was at this point that I realized that my previous auto insurance had expired 2 days ago, I freaked out. I texted Jesse and told him this and he said, ‘OH BOY, I’ll see what I can do’. Around 6 pm, I got a call from Jen who works with Jesse. She told me she would get this done. It was around 745 pm that she called me and said that she had a quote from Progressive for 689.00 a month. Unbelievable! By 830 pm, we had made our first payment and all four of us were covered. Jesse or Jen were not working 2nd shift, they stayed late to help us on a Friday evening! Again, Wow! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for us. You have a customer for life.

Buying auto insurance is not a pleasant task, especially in this day of internet purchasing. You just have to click on anything that says you are even mildly interested and you are flooded with phone calls and emails and some of these salesmen are pushy almost the to point of desperation. Just finished transferring service over from Liberty Mutual. I worked with Stuart Opel. I went with Mutual of Enumclaw on his recommendation. Their prices for home insurance was double that for Liberty. Wait a minute, why change? They require a bundle with auto and for my two cars for the same coverage, the price was 60% LESS!! Umbrella policy was over 50% LESS. Altogether it saves me $1800 per year. He couldn't have been easier to work with and all the paperwork was done via email. My old carrier even told me to go with them as they could not sniff the rates. I referred a friend of mine to them already.
