So have to say it’s been 25 years since I was with State Farm. (State Farm was my very first insurance company when I started driving). The customer service was always very helpful and agents were always there when you needed to ask for help and actually talking to a real live person!! I decided to contact them again to see how they could assist with my insurance and life insurance. I had the pleasure to have Dana help me out. I have a lot of vehicles, renter, outdoor toys and life insurance that needed attention and Dana was absolutely phenomenal with getting all of it done in just a manner of a day or two!!! Wow!! Very impressive!!! Her knowledge was impressive and she was very kind in helping me understand all the insurance lingo. Thank you Dana and State Farm

On Tuesday Feb 28, 2023, in need of a windshield replacement for my vehicle. I've called State Farm to file a claim and ask for some windshield vendor names. Ms. CJ Locke provided me with a list of vendors with some helpful suggestions. After a few phone calls and speaking to a couple of vendors, I ran into some issues with the insurance authorization to get the OEM glass that I want. I contact Ms. CJ Locke again and she offered to speak to the vendors on my behalf. Later in the day I got confirmation from the vendor of the insurance approval of the OEM glass replacement requested and the order has been placed. I wrote this short letter to express my appreciation to Ms. CJ Locke, account executive and State Farm for the prompt action and outstanding service. I am highly recommending State Farm Insurance to anyone in need.

A few days ago I was driving on the freeway and something hit my windshield at full speed and completely shattered my front windshield and there was glass everywhere. Clearly pretty shaken up I called Brad Siok’s office and CJ answered the phone and was incredible. She told me she will call around to get someone to come to me and get the windshield replaced same day and get me taken care of and she did just that! (1) Got a check today for emergency that I was not expecting a payment for. Surety bonds are not the high ticket items in comparison to other insurance such as auto, life, homeowners, etc., yet Matt was very responsive and took the time to explain the product and coverage. Our agent Dan Vukovic has been such a large help making sure we are covered, and supplied with answers at every turn. All of this, after having Brad personally meet us at 7am for coffee to gather information due to a short time frame we were working with. Our SBA lender required some specific documentation, and gave us a small window to get everything accomplished. Not only have they repaired my car after hail damage and engine flooding but once I got a flat tire on the side of a busy highway and was not about to risk my life by changing it next to bunch of speeding vehicles. We have been doing business with Brad Siok's State Farm Insurance Agency (8506 Deer Valley Road, Peoria, Arizona) since moving to Arizona in 2005--what a find. Brad's amazing team handles our home, auto, and long term care. We chose Brad's team because when we have a need (like when I totaled my Honda) they are the quickest to respond, and the most thorough. When we go traveling for extended periods, Brad's team puts my insurance on hold, saving me hundreds of dollars over the years--no extra charge for that. When choosing our long-term care insurance, we opted for Brad's agency over a cheaper internet carrier, because we know that in time of need (hope it never happens) Brad will personally take care of us--can you say that about a cheaper, understaffed, or online long term care carrier. We've never had a "relationship" with an insurance agent or agency before, but find Brad Siok and his agency keep us informed, up to date, provide the best services, alert us to discounts or changes, and make sure we miss out on no benefits we're entitled to.
