I have been a client since 1986 when I moved to Arizona from NJ. I insured 3 cars and my Chandler home and when I moved to Tucson in 2008, I still have my cars and renters insurance with them. They have also insured my daughter's house and car here in Tucson. I could have found a local agent but since I have received excellent service for 37 years, I am staying with them as long as they provide excellent service. I really appreciate the fact that they remind me when my insurance is about to expire or get cancelled and they have never pushed me to get insurance coverage that I do not need. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I am a satisfied client!

I have been with State Farm, more specifically this office, for quite some time. I've had my auto, renter's, and homeowner's policies with them a number of different times (including policies for homes I was renting to others), and I've had to in effect use them at times. Two cases in particular come to mind involved loss of my personal property via theft and damage to my automobile via a no-fault accident, and it can be very difficult to navigate those sorts of things, especially given the mental space one might be in following being robbed or hit by another driver. State Farm always made sure I was ok first and foremost, and they made providing the information they needed easy and convenient, and they recognized any figures and paid anything due me, the policyholder, very quickly and without hesitation. This made the entire process so much more manageable and the experience easier overall, and I greatly appreciate that. When I'm not filing claims, I'm emailing to clarify accounting or requesting quotes - making introductions to the agency too, as I tend to refer to State Farm routinely - and they're always prompt with their replies, figures, and requirements. Great job, State Farm - I appreciate the great service and smiles.

I've had insurance with Bill Quigley for over 15 years, and I've never shopped around due to the great service I've always received over that time. Any time I've reached out to this office, they've always helped me with whatever I needed and then some. For example: I stopped by today to get proof of renter's insurance and mentioned I was moving closer to work, so Lauren helped me review my current coverage to make sure I wasn't paying more than I needed to. I wasn't, but she did remind me I had glass coverage and wouldn't have to pay to get my cracked windshield fixed. I got a call within fifteen minutes of leaving the office and I'll have it fixed within a week. So yeah, I'd say this is a great place to get (and keep) insurance.

I cannot recommend Mr. Quigley and his staff enough! Ana went above and beyond to provide me with (by far) the best rates out there for my home and car (and I did a pretty thorough search!). I recently purchased my first home and was a little confused by the homeowners insurance market. Ana walked me through the insurance policy and limits. She even identified discounts that I didn't know existed and that weren't promoted on any carrier's website. She then took it a step further by contacting the builder of my house to request that he fill out certain forms that ended up saving me ~$30 a month on my homeowner's policy. Compared to quotes I was seeing from other carriers and other State Farm agents, Ana ended up saving me over a thousand dollars a year on my insurance needs. Mr. Quigley and team--you have a new customer for life! :)

I just wanted to take this time to reference State Farm and say that the representative at this office are remarkable. Teresa Stoll who set up my policy gave me such amazing coverage in my policy then what Progressive had me on. The coverage that Teresa Stoll had set me up with covered me from glass coverage with no deductible to roadside emergency service to rental car with travel expenses and property damage of $25,000 which Progressive didn't cover me for any of those. Teresa Stoll also got my payment droped by $30.00 dollars lower than what Progressive was charging me. To be honest I never thought that I would be able to afford State Farm because a lot of people I talked to said they're so expensive and they didnt offer that much coverage.So after I contacted Theresa Stoll and started my policy. I saved so much money and recieved so much more coverage. I was so amazed. So thank Mrs. Theresa for everything you did and will do for me as my State Farm Rep. And I would like to say thank you Anna Louds who helped me today on April 5th 2019 to make sure that my sister was on my insurance as a named insured. She was also very helpful , and very friendly. She was so customer orientated. And she knew exactly what I needed. And she got it done in a timely manner. She even took care of questions that I had thatnwere not related to what I called in for. This State Farm office at 825 W. Warner Rd. Chandler, Arizona 85225 have some of the most friendliest people there very family-oriented. When you walk in they Greet you with a smile that makes you feel welcomed and warm inside. They take care of your needs so I recommend State Farm to anybody. I called Bill Quigley's office & they said it should be covered by my $0 deductible glass feature I had on my policy. So they called the claims department & got full payment for the broken fixture which was almost $300 to replace(could not just replace the glass). This is the third time our agent and his office has taken special steps to give us excellent service on a claim & thats why I've been with them for many decades.
