I knew Mark Cox for a long long time he insured my landscaping business many years ago,obviously he sold the business. That’s how I found your branch following the trail. So what you guys did was to carry on Marks way of making people feel comfortable and at home in your office. I came we sat we talked we got me what I needed. It’s not the policy that’s so important any company can get you the policy, it’s the demeanor of the agent that really counts and Sean you did a great job. Like we were old friends. These days when customer service can be so lousy these guys truly stand out as a group that genuinely cares about their customers. From the beginning I was working with same person and continue to do so. They develop a relationship and really try to suit your individual needs. They know me. Whenever I have a question or request I get a response almost immediately and there is always follow up. As a new business owner and someone who is a novice regarding insurance it was comforting to have someone walk me through it and not feel like I was being sold something I didn't need.

All I have to do is make a quick phone call if I need to make a change or if I buy a new vehicle and they handle everything quickly and efficiently.
