He really made my day today and was very sympathetic to my situation and handled it in the most professional manner possible. Over these last few years after switching from progressive to State Farm, and getting linked up with Stephanie and her colleagues, I’ve been nothing short of impressed and taken care of. Through accidents, upgrades and degrades on policies, Stephanie has been there through thick and thin and maintains constant response. I’ve been worked with through financial struggle and gain. They don’t miss a single beat and keep you so informed throughout any and all processes, that even in the worst most discouraging anxiety ridden situations, I can personally say have kept me calm and comfortable ( I am a temperamental, impatient human being to begin with ).
