I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I have received from Jade and Marybeth! I’m one of those customers who loves to pay my bill ahead of time and I also needed to add an additional car to my account, but an underwriter shortage had slowed that down. I’ve probably made a dozen calls the past month and a half just trying to pay my bill and make sure everything was transferred over for the new car.
