Service was great from start to finish. The ladies that assisted were pleasant and moved efficiently. Leticia was friendly and courteous to all taking photos for our licenses. Had to pay extra because I’m not a triple A member but it was much better than waiting in the lines at the DMV.

Came here with my photo card to renew my driver licence. Laticia (sorry if I'm butchering the name) is the most delightful person I've met at 5pm, anywhere! She is responsible for the smile I'm wearing on my current license photo; she wouldn't let me mean mug it. Thanks for having such a positive attitude!

I have the membership but underutilized. Until one goes in person, forget all the possible services offered. I was a day late with renewing my license and had t paid the fee. I was able to get my driver's license completely renewed. I both paid for renewal on site, they generated the photo card which allowed me to also sit in the back area to take my new license picture- all in about and leave in under 25 mins. There was a fee, but discounted for members at $17. Definitely worth it for the convienance. Beats the long lines I've typically experienced at the DMV. Only times had quick DMV experiences is dependent on location, arrival time and day of the week- with camera card in hand. Either have to be there when opens and less than 5 person in line or go randomly in the middle of the week at specific locations mid morning ,after having paid the fee on time, so I have my camera card only to take new picture.

The only thing this place is missing is a snack bar & Dunkin Donuts! Thats down the street🤣🤣🤣 But if you need maps,make plans for a trip or get insurance or anything to do with the DMV or PennDot, get it done here. But before I go any farther, you should be a member. But if not there is a fee. Except for getting drivers license photo taken! THEY DON'T DO THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR THE REAL ID HERE!!! But if you have the camera card with that, no problem! Hope these helps out!

Paid alternative to long DMV lines. They are a convenience center for DMV & charge a $25 fee service charge for renewals. For me it was worth it, I was in & out in 20 minutes.

Best place to go to get a license picture done. I have done this twice and both times I'm in and out under 5min. It is immaculate inside any AAA facility. Staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I go to the location in Langhorne so I'm not sure why it says NE Philly.

I am always treated nicely and efficiently whenever I visit. After all, I am a AAA Member, so they need to take care of me! It its much nicer to take care of my PennDot motor vehicle needs here, as opposed to an auto tag store front, besides the fees being less for a member! The process is a lot smoother and faster here too!

Turns out the best idea I've had in weeks was to go to AAA at Grant & the Boulevard to renew my driver's license on the spot- rather than go to the DMV itself. All three people I interacted with were very courteous and helpful. I walked in the day before my license expired with just my crumpled form to send off for the camera card, which I had not even done - and the nice, friendly people at that AAA office were able to handle everything within a few minutes, and I walked out maybe fifteen minutes later with my new license. And my new license picture even looked great! That never happens at the DMV! And meanwhile, back at the DMV on Levick and Oxford, there were lines of people out the door and around the block. . . having the one bright idea of going to AAA to renew my license almost makes up for all my other bad ideas I've had in my life.

Very modern style building and AAA helps the incompenetent better than most, but I went here because it has a PennDOT photo center inside. Just bring your camera card and you can get your picture taken and receive your new DL or ID on sight.

AAA Northeast has save me trips to the DMV on multiple occasions, and I cannot be more grateful. If you are a member, just walk in and ask for whatever automobile help you need. If they can't do it, they'll point you to who can. They're also very kind and professional. They also tend to play some great throwback music overhead LOL. I always leave in a better mood than when I entered.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from this AAA location. The overall process was very efficient and the location was very clean. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a representative from the office that checked my documents and gave me a ticket to be served. Considering our currrent circumstances with Covid and wait times at other Penndot locations, I waited for about 1 hour in line to get my picture taken for my license. Overall very pleasedwith the quality of service I received.

The fees on driver renewal was almost as much as the state fee , but no wait when I did mine so if you in a rush , it’s extra $25 If you want to wait 1-2 hours at a regular dmv central you can save some $$ there

My husband and I were at the DMV waiting to get my name changed because I got married. The woman at the DMV only mentioned me needing my marriage certificate. My husband called AAA while we were waiting in line at the DMV (29 people deep) to ask if we could do it there. The woman at AAA Fatima was very nice and politely said I had to go to the DMV and that I would need my marriage certificate and my new social security card. The DMV said nothing about the new social security card and I would just like to say thank you to that girl because she saved me from hours wasted and a lot of aggravation. But Fatima was way more helpful than the DMV ever would be.
