Wes has been AWESOME to work with! We are purchasing a new home and our realtor noticed our insurance for the new house was high (through a different agent). I decided to do some shopping around and contacted Wes. I actually contacted 3 other agents as well. Wes was way more involved and responded better than any of them. Not to mention the rates he is getting me are better than the other three and better than what I would have paid if I stayed where I was. I made sure to compare coverages so it’s not “comparing apples to oranges”. I appreciate my realtor noticed the high rate (that’s my own fault for not shopping around before) but I’m much more appreciative that Wes was available to help me out and get it done before closing. I can't express how happy I am with Wes. Not only he is polite, genuine, and courteous, but he also knows what he is doing. He was always responded right away and was in line with the other insurance companies but I never thought it matter who I was insured through, till I had my first major hail claim.
