I have their guaranteed whole life. Good policy, great rate. I like the fact that I can manage my policy online. For example, you can update beneficiaries if things change in your life. They also have auto pay, which is very convenient. If you call in, you can pick the day of the month too. Over time, it might even have some cash value. I think, but I'm not sure.

fast painless Process during a stressful time they responded immediately kept in correspondence they didn't need mail in proof of anything photo uploads were good enough and they mailed the check immediately I was so thankful

I had business to discuss with this company, was easy to follow and I was transferred to another department quickly, no long wait with tacky music. My request was listened to with patience and a friendly attitude. The letter with information I needed disappeared along the postal route but that was USPS problem or my mail was taken from box by thief, seriously. But all in all, I feel that this company has reasonable priced rates, very easy to pay for life insurance policy through my credit union.

Their cancer policies are great. Easy to file claim, no claim forms, just call and give info to agent. The agent will verify office visits, surgery, etc. then you will receive a check in the mail. Good customer service. Reasonable cost for coverage.

Excellent customer service. Very few problems since >'ve been on their Medicare Supplemental Insurance Plan G. Use any doctor who accepts Medicare. I've had zero out of pocket expenses beyond premium & part B deductible.

I've had better experiences with their food in the past...ordered couple of cheeseburgers and fries. Fries were hot and tasty as they were cooked while I was waiting which is the norm here. The burgers though were bland without any real flavor except for the toppings. I stopped by later in the day and maybe that was the problem. Like I said I've had much tastier fare here before so I'm not writing them off just yet. Every place has a bad day here and there, so they'll get at least 1 more chance.
