Plus, every time my auto, homeowners, business, or other insurance is up for expiration, she shops around to be sure I'm still getting the best deal. On my last scheduled renewal for homeowners insurance, she found me another top company that was going to give me the same coverage for $600 less per year! Connie is awesome. I started out 8 years ago with Farm Bureau and at the time that was calling around with Farm Bureau being the cheapest. Little did I know that over the years the rates just slowly rise with any agent based company like a State Farm etc. So I entered the world of independent insurance 3 years ago after having one claim on my home. Although my last independent company was "ok" it was a hassle getting a hold of my guy/gal to make changes or setting up an annual review. This is one issue with independent is that your agent can sometimes be the only person to make changes to your policy. Enter Connie From United Insurance Agency. I called Connie based on the google reviews here and at this point I had already talked to about 3 other independent insurance companies over the last month. Connie can quote policies on the spot, she doesn't make you wait days like some of the other people. She was able to find me discounts and answer any questions I had...and trust me I had a lot of them. I am one of the few people that will read almost every declaration on my insurance policy. I know my average miles I drive, the liability from inviting guests to my house, the cost benefit analysis of things like ring insurance. I calculate all that stuff in my head so for most agents it is a nightmare to ask them "give me the difference between 250 and 100/300 coverage". But not Connie. Connie is responsive, friendly and her agency makes you feel like you are important even when the questions aren't life and death. I plan to stick with Connie for the foreseeable future. After contacting just about every insurer in Omaha this is the best and most welcoming independent agent I have ever come across.

I called Cindy for a quote. Within 2 hours she got back to me with 2 difference quotes and carefully went through each quotes with me. She didn’t care much about the price difference but was more concern about the amount of coverage we need. In the end she was able to get me better pricing for higher coverage than what I currently have. We were able to get everything done over the phone as my work hours didn’t allow me to physically visit the office. I also appreciate her subtlety in asking me to call in the payment info rather than posting it via email for security purposes. I've been a client with United Insurance Agencies for quite a few years and Cindy has always been extremely helpful and quick. We bought a house last year and she was on top of everything in coordination with our bank/mortgage company. It went as smooth as could be expected, we bundled as much as possible, and excluded my motorcycle when they couldn't beat the price I currently have covered elsewhere. That also happened previously with an auto policy and they just tell you they can't beat the price and suggest you ensure coverages are comparable to make sure you're adequately covered. Very professional and a great resource to have to compare multiple insurers. We also had a previous home that was covered by an HOA that provided some external insurance - so we did lots of back and forth to ensure adequate coverage. They've always put in the effort to earn my business.
