I recently moved to Nebraska from Wisconsin and needed to change my auto insurance to Nebraska. I reached out for a quote and Gabriel Franco reached out via email within the hour to follow up on my quote request. I explained to him I had State Farm in Wisconsin, and he let me know the process is much easier to simply switch the insurance from one state to another. We met in his office at Greta Ritchie’s location, and Gabe was so helpful. He explained everything to me and the process was quick and smooth. I highly recommend going to State Farm: Greta Ritchie. The customer service is outstanding from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and you can tell you’re getting the best care from an insurance company. The insurance coverage is great for what you pay for compared to other companies. I have been a customer for almost 13 years now, and I don’t plan to switch anytime soon!

A couple of years ago, I was in a car accident with someone who had state farm. The claims adjuster came to my work the next day to look at vehicle, I had a very generous check for damages in a couple of days. I was so impressed with State Farm I switched to them. Last weekend Gabriel Franco came into the office to help me for a few hours on his day off. He is friendly and understands what he is selling. He showed patience when I asked him to explain over and over again until I understand. He told me how impressed he has always been on how focused Greta is on Customer Service and how proud he is to be working in that office. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to switch.

My family has used Greta’s office for many years now for home and auto insurance. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to any questions or concerns. My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle and they made it so easy! Fortunately we haven’t needed to make a claim recently, but my mom uses Greta as well and after hitting a deer last year they did a wonderful job of helping her take care of everything.
