Update on 9-14: Still having problems with NewRez mortgage company... As a result, Sierra helped me get my deceased husband's name added to the policy. In order to speak to the mortgage company, there had to be a will or probate decree which made me the executer and that can take a long time. Chelsea contacted my mortgage company on my behalf. My name wasn't on the loan and my husband passed away over a year ago so the mortgage company wouldn't speak with me because he didn't have a will or an estate decree. They gladly took my mortgage payments and wrote a letter in July staying that I didn't have insurance on the house, but I did through Progressive..I had a lazy agent who wouldn't even try to straighten things out for me. After contracting a new agency/agent, I got better rates with State Farm!! Chelsea tried speaking with the mortgage company to figure it out, but they wouldn't talk with her either. After just receiving my 'second and final notice', I called the insurance office again almost frantic... I gave Chelsea the phone number on the letter. She called and this time was able to resolve the issue. Thank God for State Farm and these good people!!

His reassurance that all would be taken care was validated in the days to follow.
