Devin, Thanks so much for talking to me about my training & how it might benefit me if I wanted to become an agent. As far as changing coverage what took you five minutes takes 10-15 because my insurance employee says we have to go over EVERYTHING. The interrogation does benefit if we discover something. But it usually makes the member mad. I’ve only auto insurance ever been with State Farm & Geico. I have been shopping just to see, because I think my premiums are great & but wanted to see if there was anything cheaper. NOBODY beats State Farm. They might be the same or pretty close but not enough to warrant leaving. Not to mention the service, both with your office & the call center. If you are shopping for insurance, please make sure you are matching coverage to coverage. And that low rate may be an introductory rate, then it will jump with renewal. I have negligible increases in my premiums while all I hear all day is why is my insurance so high? Either my employee is gouging or we just have better drivers in Oklahoma NOT.

Really great team they have at Devin's agency, Adrian was very knowledgeable on how the policies worked and what would happen with such and such. And Devin himself had a pretty cool vibe! I didn't get to see much of Seth but he brought a really nice energy to the convo! They also saved me fifteen on my policy!!
