I was referred to TrustPoint Insurance by a friend when I was looking to replace my current homeowners insurance. When I called, the point of contact I was given was not in the office, but they promptly sent me to Tammy who was more than helpful. She was quick and thorough and sent me a quote right away. The staff, insurance are amazing. Their assistance in establishing new insurance policies in our new home and for our vehicles was the one painless an easy task that we had during our move to a new city. In addition to their quick response, competitive quotes, and professional demeanor, they saved us literally thousands of dollars per year on our insurance. Our homeowners insurance is 1/3 of the cost of the insurance on our old home and our new home is worth almost 4 times what the old one was. Our vehicle insurance showed immediate savings of 50% over our previous policy, and the insurance on a recreational 4 x 4 side-by-side was reduced around 30%. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Comma. We are thrilled to have them handling our insurance, and look forward to a long relationship with their organization.

Working with Rachel has been great so far! She has been very responsive and goes above and beyond being helpful when we ask her questions. She also follows up and doesn't let things fall through the cracks, this is especially helpful as we are moving across state lines and we have our hands full. I had not yet had any first hand contact with the actual insurance companies we bought policies with, so I cannot leave feedback on the companies you work with and how good or bad they are. Revised edit: One month after getting a quote, I was told that that the rates had gone up by about $100. This also coincided with another agent handling my account. Not sure if this is a common occurrence in the field of insurance, but when I asked my State Farm agent, he said that it wasn't. I ended up buying directly from the insurance company and saved $250. It's too bad because I had a good experience with them otherwise.

We were referred to Justin Lonsdale at Comma Insurance, by Cornerstone Home Lending during our mortgage process. We recently moved to Guthrie Ok from Columbus Ohio, and needed insurance for our vehicles, new home, RV, and a cabin in Maine. We spoke with a couple of agents before settling on Comma. From first contact, Justin listened to our unique needs and came up with a blend of insurance Progressive and ASI packages that covered all our needs at a price much lower than we expected. He provided us a blanket liability policy for our Maine property that also extends to our other vehicles. The communications, responsiveness and knowledge Justin brought to our insurance selection became a seamless part of our overall mortgage process. We couldn't be happier with the insurance package and the customer care provided by Comma.

When I was referred to TrustPoint by my realtor, I didnt give them much of a chance to be able to compete with USAA whom I had been with for almost a decade. But, I thought I'd appease my realtors request and figured that since my wife and I were now relocating back to OKC, buying a home and because it had been almost 10 years since we had last price shopped, we should give it a shot. So imagine my surprise when Tammy Thonton (and Summer Stelman) called me back to let me know that not only did our home owners insurance come back at OVER HALF as expensive as USAA for the same coverage, but also, that they could save us $100 a month on our car insurance policy. So just making the call, and spending about 10 minutes speaking with Tammy, is going to ultimately save us about $2800 a year. Id' say that's time well spent!
