Had many communication issues. Very hard to get call backs. John Costa himself is very receptive to issues and personally spoke to me about a billing issue but hard to get a response with him. Totally understand they are busy but still an issue.

I am truly shocked by some of the negative reviews given to John Costa and his staff. I've been dealing with this office for over 10+ years and John and his staff are on top of their game when it comes to customer service. Although there's been a turnaround in office staff in the last few years I must say that I've been dealing with Anabelle for over a year now and she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any questions or issues that may arise and if she can't provide me with an answer John has called me personally on anything that requires more assistance and for that I am very grateful. In all my years I have NEVER had anyone in this office be disrespectful or ignore any of my calls. The staff here go above and beyond to assist their customers.

I've been a client of John Costa for the past 2 years and would like to say that I am very satisfied to say the least. Any issues, or concerns I have I usually go to Stephanie for and I truly appreciate how she goes above and beyond for me. I'm a young driver on my own policy which has been a little pricy but Stephanie has always tried her absolute best to get me the lowest rate available. And I appreciate that because not many agents will go out of their way like she does. I highly recommend this State Farm to everyone. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
