These guys kicked in the clutch for me! Did you know that Bank of America cannot noratize wills? I checked in and waited 45min, only to find out I wasted my time. As new home buyers we went there ignorant of what we where looking for, as soon as we entered we felt pleasantly welcomed (not that type of pushy they don’t look like they are buying anything but let’s help them so they can leave soon how businesses mostly do when they see a young couple enter a serious business place) any how as I was saying, we where right away nicely helped, where helped by a first person which I am terrible at first time names and don’t remember at the moment but once we go back again will ask and update. After taking our info he walked us to Vannessa which as well was very welcoming and helpful, she was very clear and transparent while explaining to us our options and which where best as a list and choice, they offered us drinks with a choice of water, tea or coffee. We had our baby (3 year old toddler) with us and they offered him a chocolate bar to which he couldn’t refuse to lol, she also invited us to come back with him and siblings for a Santa gift day the day before Christmas. They where both very warmly nice and very attentive at all times. The location is nicely kept, everything looks neat and clean, it was warm considering it’s winter and a calm and nice environment for the purpose it was serving. When it comes to the service they offer based on the project, they gave us the best quote as promised so far we have shopped around many locations but none had even got close to their fee. We will most likely be going back to them when it comes to the time of purchasing.
