He left the policy open with pending payment when I finalized the purchase (finance) of the vehicle I called back to pay to create complete the policy process. In addition, Edwin also delivered proof of insurance to complete the process before I pick up my car. Overall, great service and would recommend his service.

This State Farm is one of the best in customer service. They actually take the time and understand your concerns and needs, specially the representive attending me , Daniel Rios. His way of dealing with my situation to me was so impressive. First and foremost he LISTENED to me. Something that most representative lack. He heard my frustration and understood me from his side NOT JUST MINE SIDE as an insurance agent. He demonstrated he wasn't looking just to get me in a new policy with State Farm me being a Geico customer. He didn't brush me off the phone. Mr. Rios looked for every way possible for me to get the best policy rate and offered me different way and deals that were beneficial for me not just the company itself. Mr. Rios also made sure that I was comfortable with the rate given and called me back to make sure I receive all the documents. Also walked me through each one. Edwin and his team at State Farm are one of the most caring and professional agents I've ever met. They treat you like family and make sure that you are getting everything that you need out of your insurance policy. I was recently involved in a vehicle accident and had to replace my car due to the nature of the incident. Yari took care of transferring my new car to the existing policy and Lanny took care of inspection and vehicle pictures. They also handle all parts of my claim and would check in with me often to make sure I was getting the treatment I needed for my injuries.
