I have been a customer of Al Prieto State Farm for 3 years. His excellent team is committed to taking care of his customers in all aspects of life. Julie always answers the phone with a friendly greeting and goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. When I got a flat tire last week, she and Luke quickly contacted Emergency Roadside Assistance who arrived to change my tire in less than 30 minutes. Ethan is super knowledgeable and always willing to help quickly with anything I need. It’s good to be Protected by Prieto.

Most agencies turn you over to a global help line but Al’s office handles your needs within therefore you never feel like just a number or a sale to them. They really do care about their customers! His office is easily accessible and very inviting. You can stop by for a bag of popcorn anytime that you are in the area. Julie will greet you with a smile each time! I highly recommend this office if you want personal service and friendly atmosphere along with fair prices.
