I have been using Options Insurance for all of my insurance needs since relocating back to the Twin Cities five years ago. At first, I needed health insurance because I was freelancing, and they helped me find the coverage that made the most sense for me. I also needed car insurance and got the same great service with that. They reevaluate the market every year, let me know if there is a different insurance company that would better serve my needs, and do everything necessary in order to make a smooth transition. When I recently bought a townhome, for which insurance is more complicated than for a single-family home, they provided me with coverage estimates in a very short amount of time so that I could move forward with my financing. They dispensed extremely helpful guidance about how to decide the amount of coverage I needed, and I had insurance in place when the sale was settled. Because bundling my car and home insurance made the most sense, they also assisted with that transition and have followed up repeatedly to make sure I understood the changes. My wife and I just bought our first house, and we were not looking forward to the insurance process. We'd heard too many horror stories about getting sold not enough/too much insurance, pushy sales people who are only in it for the highest check, and just general confusion at all the different regulations and fine print. We can definitely say that Options eliminated those fears! They were very clear with communication and made sure that we were up to speed the entire time. They pull from several different insurers so they are able to find you the best rate. After getting walked through all the different possibilities in for coverage in a plan, we were given a document that allowed us to pick from the best insurance plans they found. We had been working with a few other insurance companies (because that's what I'm told you should do) and Options blew those other rates and coverages out of the water.
