Her customer service and staff are exceptional, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and available--live people I usually get through to right away. The helpful staff also provide their email addresses! On the occasions I've had claims, they step in and take care of everything so you are at ease and don't have to worry. When my house burned they were nothing short of amazing! This is a top notch agency and company! I highly recommend them.

I live in New Jersey, but my daughter moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota as a grad student. She left home last year in a ten year old car registered to me. My wife and I intended to buy her a new one at some point. Last week the car broke down, requiring an expensive repair. We decided that this was a good time to upgrade the vehicle. As it happened, the dealership had the right car at the right price at the right time. I was able to make a deal on the car. I then called Kim Nybo State Farm, the State Farm office nearest to where my daughter lives. Shannon answered the phone, took down all the relevant information, and before the end of the day had arranged coverage for the new car, renter's insurance for her apartment and an umbrella policy, all at an affordable price. She was able to move most of the discounts from our current policy over to my daughter's new policy. Five star service! Thank you Shannon! All that said, the great service afforded me by Shannon is not surprising. I have been a State Farm insured and or policy holder here in New Jersey since 1969, and have always received great service from State Farm.

I moved to the United States a year ago, and after I bought a car, I was faced with the problem of choosing an insurance company. At that time, I did not have a Driver License, but only a foreign one. First, I insured the car in the office of a representative of one insurance company where I provided a foreign Driver License, and it was very expensive insurance. However, after 3 weeks I received a letter saying that they were cansel my contract on the grounds that I did not have a Driver License. Then I insured the car in another insurance company and it was also very expensive. They told me that after I receive and show a Driver License, the price will drop. However, when I got the license and showed, and the price has not changed, I decided to terminate the contract with that insurance company. I was looking for another company that could solve my auto insurance problem. I went to the State Farm office on University Av, which is not far from where I live. An agent met me there - a very nice woman, Sharon Johnson. She listened to me and picked up an insurance plan for me. Here I had to pay the price already more than 1.5 times cheaper than before in another company under the same conditions. I asked if I could still use some sort of discount. Sharon offered to take out home rental insurance. Surprisingly, when I get additional insurance, I get a discount on auto insurance and whole the cost is reduced. As a result, insurance in State Farm was 40% cheaper for me than before in another company, and I was just thrilled. Unfortunately, recently in the house where I rent a room, through my fault there was an incident with flooding of the lower floor. The ceilings in two rooms were in need of repair. When the owner of the house began to issue repair invoices, I thought that maybe rent insurance could ease my situation. I decided to go to the office for a consultation. Agent Sharon Johnson listened to me, clarified the details of what happened, collected all the necessary information and issued a request for insurance coverage for me. I did not think that it would be so easy! I admire this woman for her professionalism and friendliness. Sharon, thank you so much for your help! I was very pleased to be in your office!
