Finding a good insurance agency is no easy task and yet I am so thrilled to give ATC Agency all 5 stars. Anne, Greg and Michael gave us top rate service and with speedy efficiency! I think everyone can agree that acquiring insurance can seem daunting, and doing business with other insurance agencies in the past has made me realize what a gem ATC Agency truly is. Annie is my go-to for all my insurance needs and I couldn't be more pleased. She really knows her stuff and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Also, There is something about working with a local agency rather than buying a policy online that puts me at ease. I find comfort in knowing that I am making the right decisions about the largest investments in my life and if something were to happen, I can call up Annie and she is right there, eager to help. Could not say enough great things about the ATC Agency. Not only are their rates the best in the city, but at ATC you get a level of customer service that is head and shoulders above their peers in the Twin Cities. It is really rare in this business for a customer to be able to pick up the phone and call their insurance provider and hear a real person on the other end. For me, this is huge. If something bad happens the last thing I would want is to be listening to a voice recording, trying to punch in the right number. Annie and her family are truly the best at what they do!

This family run insurance agency promised to do their best, and boy, did they ever deliver! Not only did they save me about $1000.00 a year, But my coverage is much better! I thought I was getting a great deal on my car insurance, until a friend of mine told me about this agency...NOW I'm getting a great deal on my car insurance! I'm amazed at how much I'm now saving as well as how easy it is to get in contact with my agent whenever I need to. I love that it's a small company too, you can really feel the difference in customer service.
