Jeremy Hendrix has been our insurance agent for over 10 years. His prompt service, attention to detail, and his knowledge of insurance are just a few of the reasons why I will never switch insurance agents! Anytime I have a question or need to file a claim (not that we have filed lots of claims lol) Jeremy always takes the time to explain everything to me so I can make a decision that best suits our needs. I have emailed Jeremy on weekends or an evening several times not expecting a reply until Monday, or the next day, within 15 minutes he always has responded! Look no further, Jeremy is a true professional who has perfected his craft. After talking to SEVEN other insurance agencies, whether I was turned away or just not treated with respect, I found Jeremy. Not only did we have a great conversation, talking about hardships and sharing a couple stories, he was working relentlessly at the same time to find me a solution. After at least an hour of conversing and talking business, running different options, he found me a policy, and I kid you not, $1,000 cheaper annually than the SEVEN competitors I spoke with that day. My future is looking a lot brighter having this squared away but more so knowing this guy is in my corner. A lot of agents have experience, Jeremy has a proven record of success. I was previously insured by a huge nationwide carrier for my personal vehicle. I started an online quote with this carrier for a motorcycle and one of co workers mentioned Jeremy. I gave him a call to see how competitive he might be. Well wow Jeremy not only quoted me out for a decent rate on the bike, but also was able to get me a $30 per month savings on my vehicle as well. All while being very professional, funny and down to earth. I with the help of Jeremy now have renters, motorcycle and car insurance for $27 dollars more per month than i was paying for just my vehicle insurance alone. Oh and better coverages also. I highly recommend Jeremy he is knowledgeable and professional and goes definitely above and beyond to answer your questions.

I always considered insurance more of a nuisance and never really shopped around. Jeremy was referred to me by a friend and I went ahead and called him up hoping to save a few dollars. What stuck out was how concerned he was with making sure I had the proper insurance for my situation, and not just the cheapest. He is extremely knowledgeable. He did end up saving me a good amount of money, but I also felt really good about the insurance I signed up for. Fast forward several years, I had to open a claim due to water damage to the house. It was a pretty substantial claim. I called Jeremy right away and he immediately took action and was by my side for the several months it took to finish the repairs. I was absolutely amazed at how much personal attention he gave me rather than just pushing me off to the 800 number. Liberty as a company always seemed to have my best interest in mind and I didn't have any problems, but I never heard of a sales agent taking such ownership of a claim and making a customer feel good about being taken care of. Everything is repaired now and we couldn't be happier with the results. I've never felt so comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you Jeremy.
