I have been with many insurance companies and so far this is the best experience I had. Obviously State Farm is a large company, but the team in this office go above and beyond to make you feel like it’s a small neighborhood office! I get calls from their service team member (whose name escapes me… I think Karen) to tell me my debit card is about to expire! They didn’t want me to miss my payments! I also get calls to just see how I am and if my coverage is still what I need or do I need to review it again. I had Liberty Mutual and MetLife in recent years, they never once reached out to see if my coverage met my needs! I am beyond impressed and as long as they don’t hike the rates I will continue to support this office of professionals, who make me feel like I matter!
