I just want to say this was the easiest and fastest way to get a commercial quote. Dealing with Lynn was a pleasure. She was very professional and answered all of our questions. She even out of her way to be on an evening call with our association. I highly recommend Fortified Insurance and especially recommend Lynn. We now have more insurance coverage for less money than what we had previously had. Definitely worth the call.

This is a shout out for Kate at Fortified insurance. she is extremely thorough, detail orientated and we save so much money transferring all our policies! I can’t tell you how many times I called her with my questions and she was always there to answer them so patiently and in simple terms I could understand. I have been working with Cheryl to change over my insurance from the big name brands like Geico and national general and it has been a great experience. I have always had these big companies direct from advertising and have sat for hours every year working on different quotes and different coverage's to keep the premiums from creeping up. A work colleague referred me to Fortified insurance and I gave it a try thinking it was going to have a big price tag. I was amazed when I was able to get better coverage, lower deductibles and a lower cost with this agency versus what I had. Cheryl went over every line item with me and made sure I was comfortable with the coverage vs cost. I wish I went this route earlier but I'm glad I'm with Fortified insurance now. Highly recommend.

Keith and the entire staff at Fortified Insurance Company in Manchester went well above any client service I have ever experienced. My car was hit in one of the first snow storms here in December. Keith is by far the greatest insurance guy ever! My relationship started with him started 15 years ago (I think). I was in high school and called around for my first car. After calling a few people I found myself calling him to ask questions on what other agents were saying or to clarify. After I did this several times I asked myself why would I go with someone else? If he was being so helpful. Fast forward to present day. I have a growing small business company. He takes care of all of my business insurance, vehicle insurance, and umbrella. He has been great to work with and his team provides great service. I know nothing about insurance and feel so comfortable that he is my insurance company. I would never think about going somewhere else. If you are a business owner or manage a company than you need to meet with him about your insurance needs. You will not find a more honest guy for what you need. If you are in high school, college, or just starting out.
