I have been a customer of Allstate for abt 6/7 years and I have always been pleased with their professionalism and service! I really want to give a shout out to Liliana because she is hands down THE BEST!!! Anytime I need to know something, add or adjust something she is very accommodating whether it be via phone or email. I work for a company that offers a discount to have insurance with a competitor and I refuse to move! And I have been with my employer for 8 years with many opportunities to transfer my insurance services. I’m an ALLSTATE CHIC👊🏾 Thanks Liliana for all you do for your clients/customers!

Watching all of the “ your in good hands” commercials made me think I couldn’t afford Allstate. So I shopped elsewhere. Mistake, finally made the call and Thomas Allen Jr. made me feel at home, answered all my questions of concern, then he drops the price on you, Wow! I couldn’t believe it , cheaper with more coverage, hassle free and quick to respond. I know where I’ll be staying for sometime. Keep it up Mr Allen!

Thomas and his staff been my go to insurance company for over 5 years now. Everything about his office and Allstate insurance are personal. Your not just some number in a system. You're a person who they treat with respect and understanding. After my wife's new Camaro was hit with flying debris. We were sent to one of their quality teams for repairs. Given a nice rental car and her Camaro was returned better than new. No hassle over anything. We have our home and both cars covered. We highly recommend Thomas and his office to anyone looking for a quality product at a fair price..

My now-wife and I came to this office to insure our home when we first bought it two years ago. At the time, we were not yet married, and were worried about how complicated it might be for us to get home owner's insurance together, but the agent we worked with (Kanita House) was incredibly helpful and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and to get us the best rate possible. I've also recently switched my car insurance over to them, and Kanita was again incredibly helpful with that. Even over the phone (due to COVID safety), Kanita was great to work with and took all the time I needed to explain everything to me and to help me find the best deal possible. I've never felt like I was being "up-sold" or being pressured into getting more coverage than needed or wanted. I would definitely recommend this Allstate branch to anyone!
