So far so good--this is my first time with Geico as my auto insurance provider and the experience has been quick, easy and affordable. Started the process online but since I was switching from out of state, I had some questions; the local Geico office followed up by phone before I had a chance to call them. Felix was knowledgeable and helpful with the process.

What a great experience! It had been a while since I'd shopped my home and auto coverage. Wish I hadn't waited so long. I went in to the Hurstbourne Lane location. Felix Marrero-Perez couldn't have been more helpful - and patient - as I stumbled through providing all the information he needed to find the best coverage at the best price. I made the switch to Geico (from Allstate). I'm saving quite a bit of money but I mostly appreciate that I'm confident I made the right choice. No hard sell, just great advice. :)

Before I called Geico and spoke to a friendly gentleman named Felix, all my quotes for auto insurance were sky high. Felix got my insurance down super low! Only 20 dollars more from liability with progressive to full coverage with glass insurance aswell! I really appreciate all Felix did to help me. He allowed me to bundle my wife's wedding ring too! I didn't know we could do that. Amazing job! I think geico is the insurance for a lifetime.

The Geico agent I worked with took a lot of time to do an apples-to-apples, line-by-line comparison to the policies I have had for 15 years. Not only that, but he saved me 50% on my auto policy, and sent me links to set up my home, auto, jewelry and ID theft protection accounts. In all, Geico is saving me $1, 191.87 per year on my policies. I'm covered. Felix made the process an easy one.

Felix was extremely helpful in solving my insurance problems! When other companies categorized me as “at risk” for a “miscellaneous charge” on my driving record (which was for expired tags), Felix took the time to look in to it and realized it was a minor charge and not something major! Insurance companies were quoting me at $500-$700 a month!!!! Felix and Geico came to the rescue, and I’m paying under $200 a month. A+, would recommend them to anyone, and will! Very pleased.
