Mr Braden was very helpful in explaining our options and signing us up for a new plan. I'm very grateful since we only had 6 days to find a new plan. Hyland Insurance has a customer for life. My agent (Rob Holtzman) is the insurance artist!! I recently had the miss fortune of having one of my vehicles stolen. Rob was calling me at 7 am to ensure my family safe and see what he could do to help me out. He also saw that I had put a new roof on my home and refunded me money to lower my premium for the new roof. When I switched, I got better coverage and at a lower premium. Divorced and single, I was just "getting by" dealing with online insurance companies until I realized that I needed to get a better handle on exactly what my hard-earned dollars were buying when it came to home and auto insurance. This is one area of personal finance management that completely eludes me. Insurance is expensive - especially when you have an imperfect driving record AND you're paying for your teenage daughter's car insurance too. And homeowners? How much coverage is necessary and do I really need that flood and earthquake protection? I found Rob at Hyland online, because I'm a Dave Ramsey fan and Dave endorses Rob. Once I actually met with Rob, I knew I'd finally found an agent that I could trust who would find me the best rates and steer me in the right direction regarding coverage. I immediately handed my auto insurance over to Rob but I was a little more stubborn with my homeowners' policy. Now, as I sit under this aging time-bomb of a roof, my renewal policy declaration informs me that they're shifting to a 2%-of-my-dwelling's-value deductible if I claim hail and wind damage to replace it. I can't afford that! I called Rob and he explained ALOT about deductibles and depreciation to me. Now, I'm handing over my home insurance to him, where it belongs!! Once again, Rob has taken great care of me, and I'm back to feeling solid in my little financial world. The value that comes from trusting your insurance agent.... Priceless!!!

I'm soooo very thankful for Rob and Hyland Insurance...I had to wait a year because I didnt have insurance for a year because of an accident. Rob tried his best for a few days but couldn't find me a lower rate so he told me to call him back in June and he can guarantee me a lower rate. My agent is Mr.Todd Hale, the road started out a little bumpy for us, but he made the corrections that needed to to be made and made the road smooth. I am especially happy with my new home owner and auto insurance policies. It's different when making phone calls and texts to get things done, but I finally got a chance to put a face with a name and meet with Mr Hale. Mr Hale is a very nice personal person, very knowledgeable with his business and works very hard to get you the best quotes he can. I normally don't give 5 stars to anyone, but he is a 5 star person.
