I have never had a liability claim while insured with a company through Claude Reynolds Agency. They have been helpfull when the premiums from a company increase by finding another with a premium that is comparable with the old one. Great service and satisfying results.

I have a good policy with good rates but the service, I have not been happy with. It is very hard to reach agents and get a call back. I cancelled one policy and added a new one and they didn’t cancel it and charged for both for over 6 months. When I caught it, they wanted proof that I junked the other vehicle. I’ve moved since then. So I got no refund!
