I have several properties insured with State Farm with the exception of one because of the year it was built. My service from State Farm and specifically this agency has ALWAYS been informative, ALWAYS with my best interest and ALWAYS looking for ways to give me the best value for the best coverage.The other very large insurance agency(Allstate) has turned over its staff several times and I have NEVER gotten a call from them. Terza's office gives a personalized "high touch" experience when so many other businesses have resorted to automation. So impressed with the customer service, and the fact that whenever I have needed to have my policy pay State Farm and Terza West agency has been there for me!!!! Some recent thoughtful advice has lead me to write this review. The COVID quarantine starting in March of 2020 led me to FOUR straight months of not working. When I was late paying on one of my State Farm policies, I was warmly greeted with a phone call and pleasant reminder. Which led to a reminder from my agent at the Terza West State Farm Agency - that I had a policy that I could borrow cash from if needed! It was a welcome and comforting reminder, that cash was available to me. Another more recent inquiry about my policies led to an immediate response via email from the Terza West State Farm Agency. Always professional, always helpful, always informative and always knowledgeable! Ending this with another caveat . . . it was Terza West that once advised me to acquire an earthquake policy that saved my A*S when only 6 months later a temblor left my home a wreck! That insurance policy and Terza's sage advice kept me from experiencing a financial calamity! THANK YOU Terza for always making me feel that I was more than merely a customer!
