I reached out to Steve Little and the process of obtaining the updated COI was fast and east. Steve Little to the rescue! I was helping my client with financing and we ran into a snag where the HOA didn’t have a certain coverage on their master policy. Steve was able to come up with a proposal to add the coverage with minimal costs to the HOA. Usually the HOA approval and policy change can take some time but Steve was kind enough to help expedite!
