Going into starting policy’s, and submitting claims felt like it was going to be long and boring but luckily I got Michael Newcomer as my agent. He got me in and out quick, very friendly, respectful, and made everything very clear and I wasn't in the dark about the options and if I had a question he had no problem answering, and he had no problem of helping even late in day to answer questions, and when I had I problem he solved it and made a headache into a good day. Also explained about the discounts you get by using the card for the doctor, eye doctor, medicine etc. She talked about the child safe kit. I just liked the way she broke everything down especially if you don't really know about what type of insurance your looking for because you really need to know what your paying for and what it covers in a head of time.

I joined the video call to listen in, not planning to purchase a policy, but ended up purchasing a policy for myself as well. The topic of life insurance is usually a dry and sometimes stressful topic to discuss, but Lynn and Chelsea made it such a pleasant experience. They were easy to relate to and made it, dare I say, fun? You can tell Lynn has been doing this for a while as she was very knowledgable on various policies and processes.
