Fast and efficient. I rerouted to this location as the Culver City AAA office had an estimated 90 minute wait, demand for services was high due to customer's coming off of a long holiday weekend in addition to a staff shortage. At the Inglewood office I completed everything I needed in 20 minutes including wait time. Excellent customer interface. My membership more than paid for itself.

It was a challenge to get on our college campus with the bar gate closed/locked down, and no one to lift it. With the AAA gentleman's diligence he found a way after several attempts around the campus area(s) to find an alternate route in and found his way to me. He charged my battery, and assured that I had all that I needed to send me on my way. So GRATEFUL to AAA and their always professional/friendly drivers that aid us.😊

This is a local AAA with plenty of parking. Even with the Covid restrictions. The line was consciously in the shade. When I walked up I was acknowledged immediately. I was advised how long it would take to get my paperwork notarized. Once I was invited in and led to the notary person she had patience with us, she asked if we had any other things we wanted to take care of. She went on to give us the new office hours. Such a pleasant experience and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Even during this pandemic they have a great system. Everything is done from outside while you're in line. The line gets long so having patience is a must. Trust me, they will get you taken care of in a timely manner with making sure you're taken care of and answering any questions you may have. Thank you for your service!

AAA is AAA.,. Real service.. knowledgeable employees..with actual on point emergency support + bona-fide benefits to it's important members. Sometimes people have issues that take more time to comply with the Law! I just never had a bad experience.

Very busy with long wait times. Expect to be at least 45 mins to an hour wait. Customer service is ok but you must come ready with paperwork. They only accept cash or checks, as to why no credit cards or bmdebit cards are accepted boggles my mind. Very uncomfortable location compared to other AAA offices.

Stayed in my vehicle while AAA associate took my registration renewal inside. Social distancing and I'm unable to stand for long periods of time. Was my second trip DMV transactions are cash or check. Most people including myself don't carry cash muchless checks. Had to get cash from the bank upon my arrival there was two lines outside. Associates are helpful. Thankful I was allowed to sit in my vehicle. Crenshaw branch👍

Places to avoid at all costs ; NYC in July, wearing opposing fan gear at Raiders home game, or California DMV - which is why AAA membership is a must! They do what the DMV should be doing, provide efficient customer service in a respectable manner. Beyond the vehicle services and roadside assistance, the travel service and insurance products are top notch. Most offices are very accommodating to members and are located amply across the state. Every responsible adult should first get your children out of LAUSD, then get a AAA membership.

This is so much more convenient than the DMV. I had to get a replacement disable driver placard. And was able to pick it up at AAA no problem it took about 10 minutes. I had also sold a car a few years ago and forgot to fill out release of liability the change of ownership forms and went in and did that in about 15 minutes also very easy to deal with

I have always had a good experience at AAA I love it because with registration and getting your tags you don't have to go and sin in that long line at DMV or have to mail them and wait for them to come back you can just go to AAA present your information and they will pull it all up for you take care of it the only thing I don't like they don't accept credit cards you either have to have cash or personal check. And we're moving to the day and age where most people prefer to carry a credit card. So make sure you take cash or a check they don't accept credit cards

Great AAA location on Centinela in Inglewood. Get your Starbucks drink first (corner of LA Brea & Centinela, very close) so you can sip while in line, ha ha. Even though I had to stand in line outside in keeping with Covid protocols, they constantly sent out a couple of helpful reps to do pre-assessments of what each customer needed so that things could move along quicker. It took me about 15 minutes to get inside to get a notary signature done. The rep inside was very pleasant and helpful. I'm not sure if the Century location is open as it was closed when I tried there first.

A tragedy, the clerk registering my vehicle ownership transfer made a huge mistake! The AAA manager was understanding and committed to helping the situation. Success, the issue was fixed though at first I was furious and terribly disappointed. Things could of been way worse if AAA didn't take responsibility for their mistake, which was almost the case, before I spoke with the manager. I would visit this AAA with caution, be prepared to double check everything. Though the manager is a great person and would be willing to help you if needed.

AAA is great and much faster than DMV for your vehicle needs. I purchased a new SUV and picked up my new license plates there as well as paid for and pickup the license tags for our other vehicles there. They have a private parking lot, no appointment is needed, they have restrooms for your convenience. A AA offers discounts at hotels, some retailers as well as some of your better Movie theaters. We are premier members which comes with more perks (one is 7 tows per year on a flatbed tow truck) I am never without my AAA card. In a busy city, AAA saves you a lot of time. As we all know time is priceless!
