As a new driver, I was a little intimidated at the thought of car insurance. But AAA has been so helpful. Especially at this location. I was able to transfer the title on my car and get my stickers in half an hour :D including the wait time! So glad I went with them.

Every time I come to this location, I always receive great service. I like to come here for DMV services since I despise going to the actual DMV. I always get what I need and the wait is not that bad. It’s definitely longer now because of the pandemic but if you get there a little before they open to start lining up or right when they open, you won’t have to wait too long.

Went there to deal with some DMV paperwork. They have all the covid-19 safety protocols in place. The staff is very attentive and despite there being 5-6 people in line, they were able to get to everyone quickly. Ample parking in back.

I just got vaccinated and luckily just in time to register my car. AAA did a great job to keep the public safe with a line outside limited amount of people to enter the building and while in side had a sign for disinfected pens 🖊️ hand disinfectant and plexy glass dividers. The personnel is always helpful and courteous. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Went to pay for car registration which was done on few minutes, then went to take out my ex from my policy which somehow got added this year. My yearly insurance was 1600 I paid few payments and balance is in higher 800. When the agent took ex name out policy amount went to 2000, when I asked her how did this happened, she said no changes. I have last months papers, now I will go Friday with old papers to show and get it fixed. "Update ". Fixed the mixup.

They were so instantly helpful! I had a weird situation because of a screw up from thr DMV, and they were polite and quick to help me get it fixed. (Honestly, I'd not dealt with the problem for way longer than Inshould have, because I didn't want to deal with the DMV, so I was thrilled when I found out they could help me.) I'd highly recommend them, and intend to go back. They also seemed to be doing great with Covid safety.

If you have AAA, they do out of state registrations for CA and while there was a bit of a wait, there is someone outside helping people on the line fill out their paperwork while they wait. This location offers great customer service and very friendly people. While trying to change our Minnesota car plates to Cali plates, we were frustrated to find out we didn’t have all the necessary paperwork (after waiting about 45 minutes) and would have to come back a second time. Thankfully we had worked with Wanda, who told us that she’d remember us and to just skip the line and come directly to her when we were able to come back. A few weeks later, we returned and she welcomed us immediately at her desk so we could wrap up the plating process. Wanda is the best!

Time performance, the thing that most people think is why they do their auto registration business through AAA, was WAY below average... I waited for more than 3 hours. I can't really "knock" them for that, though; COVID-19 related "Social Distancing" mandates cut their crew to about a third or less of normal. The person behind the counter who handled my car registration task was both efficient at it, and quite personable.

I need to get my international drivers license for my trip to Bali and these guys were so helpful! The process was quick, smooth, and easy. I was in and out fast and had a couple of great conversations with staff along the way. They were able to take my passport photos on the spot and I was able to walk out with my new international drivers license in hand. Great experience.

I believe the gentlemen I dealt with was named Ron, couldn’t say better things about the experience he provided, he was very thorough, patient and willing to help me with questions I had. 100% would party with Ron and also use this establishment again for any similar DMV services in an effort to avoid that hell hole

This place used to be fast. But I've been here thrice this year and observed a very slow process. Wait times can be hours. Someone will come out yelling your name, and most likely have it pronounced wrong, so keep your ears open. Or you will have to wait another hour to be called again. I'd rather have it done at the DMV. The staff talks in a very hasty tone after making you wait over an hour.

Always busy, a lot of waiting time for DMV, registration services. Go there early in the morning, and you can solve your DMW problems in record time. They have a lot of people on site to take care of the various services they offer, from insurance to travel.

A blessing for any DMV services they provide, allowing members to halve the time they'd have spent in one of Dante's Circles of Hell, aka the Culver City DMV. Not ALL DMV services can be done, e.g. getting a license or anything where you'd need a photo. Check in advance.

Been coming to this branch for the last 2 years without any problem for DMV renewals. The only thing is AAA only takes cash and checks for the DMV renewal so I had to rush over to Chase bank in Culver City and come back to pay for my stickers and paperwork.
