It took no more than 30 mins to have my resgistration paid, and they were busy. A lot lot less than going to the dmv!!! Also Carolina was extremely friendly and helpful. DMV employees are 99.99% if the time rude and mad. Thanks AAA and Carolina for such a great service!!!!☺️☺️☺️

Nobody likes renewing their tags, well Yvonne managed to make it an "almost" pleasant experience, lol😃 I didn't realize I had to do the smog test again, until after I got up to her window. She let me go ahead and get all the paperwork and payment stuff done, she even suggested a place for the smog test that gives a AAA discount, whoohoo!! Once I came back with the completed smog test she let me come directly back to her window, meaning no waiting in line again, now that's a big deal. Her great mood was "almost" contagious, lol.😄 She definitely made a most unpleasant situation, almost" pleasant. That's deserves big props in my book. Happy Holidays!!

First time visit here, came in for DMV services. There was a small line for "check-in" staff were really friendly and helpful ( think Chik-Fil-A friendly) they direct you to whichever service department you came in for. The person from the DMV service counter was ok ( more McDonald's friendly). There's plenty of parking and restroom are available.

Going to AAA is vastly superior to visiting almost any California DMV office. There are never long waits and AAA representatives don't suffer with attitudes as do so many DMV representatives. Today I visited AAA to renew my vehicle registration after attempting to pay it online using the state's DMV site. The state added a $29 "administrative" fee to process my request. I declined. California is fiscally mismanaged and it's officials may believe that the cure for their inability to spend responsibly is adding fees, charges, and increasing taxes. Just more evidence how non-government entities like AAA are able to out perform mismanaged top heavy state government departments.

Lillian was a huge help, and so were the two wonderful ladies at the front desk helping check in. The employees here are an absolute joy to interact with, even with other stressed customers nearby (sometimes making a scene) they handle themselves with grace and don’t allow the stresses of their job to affect how they treat other customers. (Can’t say the same thing about the DMV!) Thanks again for being awesome 🙏

This is a terrific all-American Auto Club, with pro (and nice), knowledgeable staff and vast array of services. It's probably in the highest echelon of Triple A's nationwide. Plenty of free parking in the lot outside. It is a very popular place and can get a bit of a line so if you mind that, try to go at non-peak times if possible.

The only thing I don't like is my wallet always feeling lighter when I leave from here." lol" of course I'm joking about the money and I can sleep easy knowing that 99% of the other options for handling DMV business out there would not be a joke and they do charge a bunch in fees. It was easy to reach them by phone with insurance business I couldn't do on the app or web... unlike a lot of places which no longer allow you to speak to an actual person. I bought and sold 3 cars in a matter of weeks and the AAA agents were efficient and pleasant in making sure that I had the coverage I need in spite of the frequent changes.

This is a very big AAA office. I have a very large parking lot. Have come here for the travel agency, and renewing my membership, and taking care of D MV stuff. I love that you can check in and they route you to the right department. I have never been in here more than 15 minutes max. Because they are so busy sometimes the parking lot is a little tight. But it's worth it because the services are wonderful for the price that you pay. I highly recommend everyone get AAA.

Though this establishment has been around for decades, I was a bit disappointed as a member when I discovered that they no longer accepted payments via debit cards for any transactions. They're only accepting payments via cash or regular credit cards. I barley had enough cash available to pay for my registration renewal. I let the agent know that I was truly disappointed as a member for almost 20yrs as this should have been explained to its members. I'm hoping that other members are aware of this as this new measure could be a major inconvenience for others.

I have been a member of AAA for 47+yrs ... Phone customer service seems to get worse every year... One day AAA said we had roadside service for a motorhome and the next day I was told I had to pay extra for it and it would take 7-days to go into effect ... I paid the required amount and said we were already on the road ... They more or less said, oh well! The service inside the Burbank office is stellar .. Employees are friendly, helpful and professional and will go beyond the normal to help their customers... During Covid, they even stationed an employee outside to warn and pace customers about masking up and social distancing at least 6' apart .. Burbank office is great ... Just don't try and do business over the phone with them bc they take on another character and are rude and obnoxious!

Mario Castaneda the insurance agent dude was really helpful, friendly, and kind. I will definitely recommend him. In fact I am going to send my friends for their insurance needs. But, the majority of the DMV department workers were rude, lazy, arrogant, and mean. I'll never return to that place or make recommendation for service with the DMV section of AAA. Switching car and renter's insurance was a breeze this week thanks to Jinsuk. She helped me get a great deal on my multipolicy plan and really spent the time to go above and beyond to explain the ropes to my bf and I (on a Saturday after closing hours no less!!!) I also love that this location has their on DMV!!! I was able to update my registration and tags today at lunch time within about 15 minutes!!! No long lines, no hassle....and all of their employees were very kind and helpful. So glad I made the switch!

I reiterate, I went to renew my vehicle registration. The whole process took about 5 minutes from when I entered the premises until I left with my 2022 license plate sticker. Much faster than before the pandemic hit.

You have to belong to AAA because if you need help with your car in Ca they are always available help you! How many friends can you call with a flat tire at 6 am? Probably none but no worries with auto club. Also you can get passport photos, maps, travel services, notary for only $8.00 renew car registration and discount tickets to theme parks. The DMV system went down while I was trying to get a new plate, so they told us we could wait or come back later not there fault, but the member helping me said if I left she would give me a call when the system was back to complete my process. I drove off only to get a call when I was at the next main street to come back, I appreciate the extra from them.

I love AAA. it's one of those places that is well managed and everything makes sense. However, I deducted one star because I was not able to use contactless (mobile) payment. And this isn't just in this branch. Despite having the necessary equipment for mobile payment system, I had to hand over my credit card and then sign with my finger on the card reader. What's the point of having the equipment and not being able to use it in 2021 in the pandemic? Although, some transactions can be made contactless if you are enrolled in autopay, but why? I don't mind the transaction fees that they charge if you use a credit card, but certainly there's a room for further improvement. Thank you for reading.

What always intrigues me about this Outlet is people go here because they're insured by AAA. Yet the parking lot is a nightmare. I'm not sure which way it is supposed to flow and I don't think anybody else does either. So how there are an accidents every single day I don't know. (Or maybe there are) However, once inside they make every effort to accommodate you as quickly as possible. I've never met anybody that wasn't efficient and pleasant. It is so much nicer to go here than to the DMV. Easy to notice from the street on Alameda.

The DMV could learn a lot from AAA about customer service. It literally takes longer to drive there than it takes to do whatever you went there for. Don't go to the DMV, save yourself time and a headache, just go to AAA, they can do most things that the DMV can do, only they do it far better and faster.

Fast friendly service, as we all know how the DMV( especially the one in Glendale) the employees can be rude, dismissive discourteous, detached lacking any kind of pleasant customer service. Even the manager is rude and dismissive. Especially the one in Glendale. AAA is the only place I go from now on to get my vehicles in order.

This place is the opposite DMV. The people working there are friendly, and like helping people. The lines move fast, and it is easy to figure out where to go. If you do have to wait in line, the other patrons are pretty happy too- they aren't at the DMV!

I had to go into the office for a few reasons and AAA has such a great setup for quick service and short waits—a system DMV should study to see if they could benefit from it, perhaps shortening their unacceptable long lines that wrap around the outside of some DMV offices—for all the AAA and DMV services offered, such as travel agency; travel, auto, homeowners/renters insurance; car registration, among others. I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was called to speak to an agent. There's plenty of parking available.

This has to be one of the largest AAA locations in existence. Of course you have to be a member to take advantage of all the services AAA has to offer. I needed to renew my registration on my car. If I had done it at the DMV it would have taken an hour probably two. Because I m a member, I walked went straight to the DMV window and my registration was completed in 10 minutes. That alone is worth the price of membership. The fact is, that barely scratches the service of all the benefits that comes with your membership.

If you hate going to the DMV and happen to be a member, then this is the place to go for tags and registration. The insurance services are extremely competitive...I changed from another provider to AAA. Adequate parking and the staff is helpful.

Was it a near death experience or was it simply a piece of Heaven here on Earth ? A little piece of paradise we refer to as The Automobile Club of America’s (Burbank Chapter) Had Me thinking that maybe I was in Heaven for surly its counterpart ( The Department of Motor Vehicles)makes you feel like you’re in Hell. As I walked through the front door I was greeted by a lovely young female attendant who made me feel like I was the Scarecrow getting stuffed and groomed for an audience with the Wizard. Next I was escorted over to another beautiful young lady who was to be my personal salesman while walking me through this exquisite journey and help me through the various papers and process I was soon to be offered. Her name was Veronica Amzueto, and she couldn’t have been a more lovely or a more beautiful young lady, at the same time she was amazingly attentive and perceptive as to my increasingly Bidenesque declining cognitive skills. if it weren’t for the fact that I am already a happily married man she definitely would’ve be receiving a rose from me at tonight’s ceremony. My papers were quickly processed and faster than Governor Newsome can shut down a church service I was out the door with new vehicle tags and registration in hand. It’s places like the AAA that give California the little that remains of its once honorable name. 😎🥂🕺🇺🇸
