I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF YOUR AGENTS. I CAME INTO YOUR OFFICE ABOUT 4:00 ON NOVEMBER 30 2016 TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO THAILAND. I WAS DIRECTED TO AN AGENT, HER NAME IS PENNY JOHNSON. I FOUND HER TO BE VERY HELPFUL. OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS SHE WORKED ON THE COMPUTER TO FIND ME THE BEST PRICE. SHE ALSO FOUND ME THE BEST FLIGHT SCHEDULES SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO SIT IN THE AIRPORT FOR LONG PERIODS. AFTER WE WERE FINISHED, SHE DIRECTED ME TO A VERY NICE RESTAURANT WHERE MY FRIEND AND I HAD A VERY NICE DINNER. THE NEXT DAY PENNY CALLED ME WITH SOME INFORMATION THAT I WOULD NEED LATER ON MY TRIP. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP PENNY PROVIDED,AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS OFFICE AGAIN AS I TRAVEL TO THAILAND AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR.
