Was trying to see if I could have my DMV registration updated due to adding my husband on the title paperwork. Originally the DMV left his name off of the registration when we transferred it from CA toNV. Wasn't able to have this transaction done, since the DMV inadvertently left off my husband's name, meaning I have to go back to the DMV for that change. Receptionist was friendly and the representative was trying to assist in taking care of our predicament but could not after speaking with her supervisor.

I couldn't get tabs for the car but they definitely put me in the right direction as the DMV was not available for over 90 days Where they sent me was on Flamingo and Cimarron on Saturdays they only do walk ins. You have to get there by 4am if you want out quick as they open at 7:30 or You'll be there all day

I like the convenience of a machine as opposed to DMV but having more then 1 kiosk would really help out as waiting times are a pain sometimes when people have issues with DMV

Better than the DMV. The staff is quick and friendly. As long as you don't mind them trying to sell you everything they offer its an easy place to get local DMV services completed quickly. All for the low price of a membership. This is one membership I think most people should take advantage of. Piece of mind if your vehicle breaks down and exclusive services. Worth the $110 all year long.

Been here twice, both times received great service from a young lady name Rhonda Lee. Transferring my registration from out of state, was done quickly since she ensured I had all required documents. My experience was extraordinary. It was a wonderful woman named Jolaine and she was like a goddess among any person alive. When I walked in I saw her head down and wondered what was going on until I found out silently she was praying that every customer from Triple-A and all in the world is safe. This Woman Saved Me, from not only myself, but from breakdowns and every evil and bad thing in life. I think your AAA, for having such a very very wonderful customer service representative that she is five stars to you five stars to the people but the Stars don't go high enough for this woman.

We had to bring in paper work on one of our cars. The receptionist got us an agent and she added the info to our policy. She gave us the AAA paperwork to prove the car was insured and we were out in 15 to 20 minutes. They were informative during the meeting and took care of all procedures necessary. The crew was great. Went there to get documents notarized, a very smooth and pleasant experience. Noticed they have a AAA repair shop connected to the office, with a coupon you a full synthetic oil change for $49.95 which is very reasonable for our imports.

I renewed my auto registration here at their automated kiosk instead of fighting the nightmare of the DMV. Quick and easy with only a $3 surcharge. You must use a credit/debit card, no cash or check. They didn't ask for my AAA membership info so I guess it's available to everyone.

Amazing experience! Amazing customer service. I went in for a quote and many questions. Agent Elsa Paredes-Ortiz answer my questions. Gave me 3 price quotes while letting me know the difference in each coverage option. I was referred by friends and family all with good things to say about AAA services. I now understand why. I walked out in the process of switching all my insurances to them with all their extra services like in house DMV to member services to being able to find a customer services anywhere. I got way more coverage for almost the same as I was paying with my former agent and company.

All of the AAA branches may not all be connected together nationwide. The member will have to call the specific branch and ask them if they are connected with any branches outside of their local area, state or region.This branch may only represent the members of the Las Vegas NV area. Great location close to various types of stores and businesses located in and around the area. It is located in a large shopping center close to the highway and the interstate access.

Go there every year to renew my auto tags. Much easier than the DMV. Plus, if there's a line for the DMV tags, the receptionist keeps track of that. So you have privacy while conducting your business. Thanks.
