This lady is great. It seems like each time I have contacted her has been convenient for me but what you would think would be not so convenient for the provider. Once at about 4:30 pm on a weekday, and twice on Saturdays. On the Saturdays, I did not expect a response until the work week started, but on both occasions Margo responded and took care of my issues that day. She took care of things immediately on the weekday as well. I am very pleased with her service. I highly recommend.

In the past, my dealings with insurance companies felt like they couldn’t have cared less for me. When you need to file an insurance claim, it is so important to have a company on your side that will fight for you and actually care about your state of being. I now trust Allstate more than I thought I could have trusted an insurance company. This is all due to the extremely dedicated customer service that Margo has shown my partner and me for over a year now. I cannot say enough good things about Margo Grace and staff. When the underside of my car was damaged by a box blowing across the Oklahoma turnpike, I am so glad I had a local agent to help with the many details of filing an insurance claim. At one point, Margo was even on a conference call with me trying to get a dealership to provide an acceptable estimate for repairs. Margo and Allstate offered many options for choosing a shop to do the repair and were prompt in paying the claim. Allstate even paid for a temporary repair performed by a car shop in Claremore, OK, in addition to paying for a permanent repair upon my return to Louisville. I recently needed guidance on billing details related to changes in my auto and home policies. Margo patiently answered my questions and made sure she and Melissa provided me with the written documentation I requested. Margo works long hours to make sure her customer's needs are resolved promptly and thoroughly! When I needed to file an insurance claim and had questions about my policies, it made all the difference to have a local agent to consistently guide me, instead of having to work with an ever-changing online support person. Margo Grace and staff are supportive, caring and knowledgeable. For a 5-star experience with an insurance agent, I highly recommend the Grace Group in Louisville, KY!
