They now hold most of my policies- they are speedy, great listeners and attention to detail, work to get my premiums lowered every time there’s an opportunity to do so, check in periodically for any life changes that may need a +/- change in coverages… just all around great agency. They are always there when you need them. I called around other insurance companies before deciding to go with State Farm. They have the cheapest rates around. They do not charge extra if your a few days like other companies. I have car insurance and renters,you just can't beat the price. I love State Farm! Jeff Kolp is awesome!

Jeff and his team are professional and friendly to deal with. I've never had an issue with any of them. However, the claims adjuster that come to my home last summer after a hail storm was a different story. He was rude and arrogant. I knew my claim was going to be denied before he said it was. I was told my roof wasn't damaged enough for a new roof, even though my next door neighbor got a new roof and siding. I was home during that hail storm and it was a bad one with large hail that come down on my house for several minutes. The roofing company said damage was very bad. So yes I like my agent bit extremely disappointed in State Farm.

On Sept 10, a car hit my car and put a substantial damage to my car. The Jeff Kolp State Farm team promptly started helping and the Claims Department arranged for claim submission, Tow Truck service and facilitated repair shop selection, and rental car approval.
