This agency saved me over $100 per month on car and auto insurance. Looking back, I still can’t believe I continued to pay outrageous rates for soooooo long. I hesitated to shop around thinking it would be a horribly difficult process. Esther at Killion and Hall made it so easy!!!! This agency was recommended by a family member after I posted on FB for help finding new insurance providers. After I compared them to 4 other insurance companies, I chose them because they beat out the other premiums by a significant amount, and the coverage was equal (and better in some aspects) to what I currently had. I just recently moved into my own apartment with my significant other. I had no idea what exactly I had to do to get insurance or much less how much it would cost. It had never been something I needed to worry about. My parents have had Killion & Hall Insurance as their insurance for years and years and they referred me to them. I called them and Emily answered. From there on out, she has helped me so much. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, find me the best quotes that fit my situation, and explain to me exactly how insurance works and what it covers. Emily has also just been there for me in times when the apartment complex has needed something ASAP and I email her and get an immediate reply back with help. She’s always incredibly kind and helpful - her way of communicating is wonderful as well. I definitely recommend this insurance company to anyone who is looking for a new one or is looking for a first-time insurance company, like I was.

This agency uses state of the art technology including encrypted email and electronic signatures. Visiting the office is an option, not a requirement. Esther Law is my contact person at this business and she's a pro's pro. Esther is obviously familiar with her products and answers all questions promptly and clearly, sometimes before they are asked. I got better auto and homeowners coverage for lower premiums. Esther guided me through the signup process and let me know what to expect and when. And it all happened exactly as promised.
