I never write reviews, but I just had to after what I just experienced with Traci, Hallie, and the rest of the hard-working Kellie Taylor Team. My renewal came in this month at just a shade over $220. I haven't been in an accident or pulled over (recently), so I was perplexed. So I wanted to get some options. First call was to Kellie Taylor's team. Hallie was very kind and welcoming on the phone (I was expecting something closer to a cardboard cutout of Jake from State Farm). She passed me over to Traci and was blessed to receive a quote that took my total monthly payment down to $142. AN $80 SAVINGS. So huge during this time of year, I don't even know what to say. If you're into saving money, you NEED to get a quote.

It's rare that we find people who are truly helpful now days. I'm glad to say that I didn't have this problem when dealing with Candace Williams in this office. Her customer service was great. She answered the questions I had with patience and knowledge.
