I was interested in multiple forms of insurance coverages, and after being referred, I spoke to David (owner) and he took his time to thoroughly explain and make sure I understand all products that they had to offer, and which ones would fit me best. He allowed me to make my own choice and did not try to persuade me one way or another. signing of the documents were very easy, as well as setting up payments. I did not feel rushed to make any decisions. The level of customer service from him as well as another representative name Eric was amazing and I definitely would recommend to anyone in Michigan or Indiana. Great work !

After you get in accident, you are already stressed about a lot of stuff, mainly with health and don't really have time to haggle and deal with insurance companies policies etc. I would like to say Erika from State Farm made our lives so much easier and handled everything from start to finish for us. We recently got in an accident. She followed up on our behave, and answered any questions and concerns we had. Helped get the rental car extended. She was GREAT. I normally hate dealing with insurance companies because you never get what you think you signed up for and have been paying for. But she has single handlely made me have a change of heart.
