We had a zoom call with Sarah and Steve and it was a genuinely helpful and informative meeting. To provide the lore - my dad was contacted (upon his request) to further discuss benefits that are available through the union at his work. The call was an unknown number and he made me answer it. It was for his benefits. The funny part was that my dad forgot he even requested the information and persisted that the call was spam. With that and a bit of a language barrier, I wouldn’t say it was the best start. Sarah was the unfortunate chosen one making the call but she was incredibly kind and patient from the very beginning to explain. She is such a kindred high-spirited individual which genuinely helped the meeting go smoothly. She was able to thoroughly review and explain the benefits in a manner that anyone can understand which is a huge plus, especially when it pertains to insurance verbiage. Steve came onto the call to assist with the remaining policy details and was also incredible. It turned out I have a policy here that was set up when I was a minor and he assisted adjusting my policy to fit the needs of future me’s wallet. Sarah and Steve are exceptional at what they do. I’m extremely thankful with how awesome and understanding they are. They definitely went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Thank you guys!

We worked with Steve Pavel yesterday to review our current life insurance policy. We were pleasantly surprised that we could meet virtually and at a later time in the evening. Steve walked us through our current policy and discussed options that better fit our current lifestyle. He was quite funny and had us at ease when discussing our eventual unalive plans. We ended up having coverage on something we added years ago but couldn't remember what it was. Since it was an older policy Steve consulted with his colleagues right then to figure it out with us and was honest about the value of that particular coverage. We are quite satiated with our experience and would give him a 12/10. Oh yeah, also just give him some dang references. It's not that deep. #sorrynotsorryfriends

it would have been nice if I had been given a choice of time and day to meet since my husband's birthday was today and there was a lot going on in our home. I was not given an option of a more convenient day or time. As I mentioned during our meeting, having the phone numbers if the secondary beneficiaries prepared ahead of time would have been nice and helped expedite the business part of the meeting. I felt like I was involved in a bait and switch- the promise of one thing but in fact the purpose of the meeting was to try to sell something else. When I am contacted next year, I will not agree to the meeting.

For determination... after about a week of playing phone tag. Jodi and I were finally able to schedule some time for our explanation of benefits. Personally, I very rarely give 5 star's and there's a reason why. Not with Jodi; she seems like she's is a whole different creature. Perhaps she may have found her calling. Right off the bat Jodi seemed incredible. She greeted me with a smile, was professionally dressed, and was more than prepared to work. We went over everything what was gifted to me from my father. The who, what, when, where's, and why's. We next talked about what AIL also had to offer. I am very impressed with what I heard and seen. Benefits I have never heard of. The price of my potential package I feel is probably 2-3x's as less than some of the biggest insurance companies within our own nation. Believe me, I have dealt with some big named companies and I'm glad I have Jodi Bullis to work with.

I wanted to make out a will, but couldn't afford an attorney. I saw how to get a will for free and was lucky to get Michelle Cruz to help me. She was wonderful. We set up a Zoom call and she patiently explained how to fill out the paperwork, what each section was for, and even told me to take it to my bank to get it notarized when done. She asked me about insurance and when I told her I already had some, I braced myself for a hard sell. Michelle didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I look over my insurance every year. It was suggested last year that I up my insurance. This year, I might just add another policy. If I do, I'm emailing Michelle first. She cared more about me getting a will taken care of than getting a sale.
